I´m so happy – today (or more tonight to be accurate) my men are returning home!
I´ve kept busy while they were gone though; especially with my exercise, reading and watching Downton Abbey. It felt kind of nice to be able to do things after only my own head for a couple of days, but it will feel really good to have them home again.
My hubby sent me lovely flowers and chocolate as a little treat – I only managed to capture the flowers since I ate the chocolate before you could say:
now why do my behind grow every year again?
It felt like adding sunshine to my kitchen – love the yellow!
And in the spirit of yellow I decided to make a Lemon- and blueberry cake for my rascals to welcome them home.
It smells divine (lemon is such a fresh scent) so I´m sure it will please my little rascals when they enter our home.
The sun is shining here and my mood couldn´t be better – I hope your day is just as great!
